a.  Helped get over 400 animals into rescue

b.  Have implemented taking animals off-site to our public

c.  Have worked with All Saints Academy's Art Department, and they are going to make our adoption row look fabulous!

d.  Have helped with all on-site adoptions

e.  Have made beds for our kitty's and are working on making beds for our dogs, we need help financially to finish this project

f.  Have received approval to build a doggy park on the shelter grounds so our dogs can get out and socialize.  We need 6 ft fencing donated to complete this project.

g.  Have transported many animals to rescues, and established a pretty good coalition of rescue groups, but we really, really need more rescues to work with and would love to hear from you!

h.  Started taking the photos of animals on adoption row for www.polkpets.org

i.  Gotten the first Bully's ever - out of the pound - they are not offered to our public for adoption, neither are rotties, akitas or chows....we really need rescues for them!

These are some of the things we've accomplished, and some of the things we are working on.  There are many life saving programs we want to implement, but first we must establish an organization of volunteers that can help us!
